A dynamic practice adhering to principles of breath and alignment. Increases muscle tone, improves flexibility, and sharpens focus. A balance of dynamic, flowing movement, where postures may be held for as little as a half breath, combined with some longer holds of certain postures. Alice themes every class drawing teachings from ancient yoga philosophy and the experience is as much spiritual as is physical and mental. For all levels.
