Join us every Friday for 60 minutes of yoga by candlelight during the dark days of winter. This class is beautifully balanced & designed to bring warmth and relaxation to the body, mind, and spirit. After flowing through some moderately paced yoga poses, we will move into some slow and gentle postures. Followed by a guided relaxation that will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed with an inner glow. There is no better way to start your weekend than by sparking your light.
