“Mindful Movement” that uses Somatic Embodiment and Breath-Awareness to explore the relationship between the Mind-Body-Breath. Goals are to Create space between thoughts (in a safe trauma-informed environment) to help us fully experience each asana to discover our full potential for presence. This is a Hatha-based class that has a Restorative finish for all levels.
